  • How to buy?

    • How do I place an order?

      Placing an order with Torques is an easy and simple process.

      First, you need to access the PRODUCTS section, once there, you can choose from any of our categories on the side menu.

      When you see an item you like, click on the "add to cart" located under every item (a new window will open where you will be able to see all the items in your shopping cart) and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase.

      Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click on "Checkout" to confirm your order, and then click on the "Safe Pay" button to proceed with the payment.

      You can do the payment with credit card or Paypal. If you already have a PayPal account, all you need to do is insert your email address and password. The order will be completed according to the information provided in your PayPal account.

      If you want to pay with credit card you must introduce your billing and shipping information, will then verify your information and send you a confirmation email to the email account you provided.

      Once Torques has verified your payment, we will proceed to the shipping of your order.

    • Can I sell products from Torques in my store?

      Yes of course. We have many stores around the world that sell our products. If you have a store and you can be part of the “Torques family” contact us. Once you try our products, they’ll become your hottest items.

  • Before you buy

    • Can I pay by wire transfer?

      Yes, you can do it for the wholesale orders.
      First, you have to contact us to make an order. Then, we will let you know the bank details. Once we receive the transfer, we will send you the merchandise. The merchandise will be send to you by UPS, SEUR or the post office (depending on the country).

    • How much will I be charged for shipping and handling?

      Most orders will be shipped within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. The shipping is 5,95 US$

    • How long will it take for the order to arrive to its destination?

      Once is shipped, the orders are generally received within 7 business days

    • Can I return/exchange my order if I am not satisfied?

      We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know.
      We stand behind all of the fine objects we sell. If you are unhappy with merchandise, dissatisfied, item(s) is broken, or our beadwork did not meet your expectations for any reason, we will be glad to resolve this problem.
      RETURNS
      To return any item(s) to us, please FIRST contact us (by e-mail or phone). When you make any return, we will also appreciate hearing your reasons for the return, so we can better improve our work for the future.
      If a return is a result of an error on our part (for instance, the incorrect item(s) was shipped), please notify us within 1 day upon receiving your order. We will check your order and on the next day after receiving your package will send you the right item(s) and reimburse you for the amount of the return shipping and insurance cost.
      If you received the fine object(s) defective, damaged, cracked, or unusable in any way, please notify us within 1 day upon receiving your order. In this case we can refund the cost of the item(s) (if only one item was in your order or you return the order in full - including shipping charge), or accept it for repair. We will also reimburse you for the amount of the return shipping and insurance cost.
